Land sailing on Oreti Beach every weekend 2 hours either side of low tide providing weather conditions are OK.
Blokarts are now rapidly becoming the worlds number one land based sail sport, so come on down to Oreti Beach at Invercargill New Zealand and have a go.

Blokart Tour :
Blokart Riverton to Invercargill round the beach.
Meet at Invercargill I-Site centre then driving out to Riverton. Leaving North Beach (end of Princes St)Caltex Cnr) and sailing back to Oreti Beach main entrance Invercargill, a distance of approximately 24km. See the wreck of the 45 ton schooner
The Barrow
which was beached on the Waimatuku Beach in 1863.
Cost for this tour is $150-00 per person and includes Transport from Invercargill to Riverton, Blokart hire and return transport to Invercargill. Limited to 4 persons per tour. Minimum number for tour is two persons.
